Pure Gold Manuka Honey can be taken as part of a balanced diet by taking one tablespoon per day, ideally one hour before meals. Store at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. Do not use if seal is broken. This honey may naturally crystallise.
