Pure Gold Manuka Honey can be taken as part of a balanced diet by taking one tablespoon per day, ideally one hour before meals. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. Do not use if seal is broken. This honey may naturally crystallise.

This is a lovely honey nice texture and a lovely rich flavour..this is my second purchase of this honey ..and I don't think I will purchase any other ...would recommend..especially good if you have a sore throat or chest cough
