Returns

If you have changed your mind about your unused purchase, or the item is faulty, we would be happy to refund you. We ask that the products are returned unused and in the original packaging, to receive a full refund.

Please ensure all returns are sent back to us within 14 days of purchase. After we have received the returned purchase, we will issue the refund.

Please Note: This could take up to 10 working days to complete.

When returning your purchase, we will require the following information in order to process your refund efficiently:

  1. A printout of your original Order Confirmation Email containing your Order Number. 

  2. A completed Returns Form containing your Unique Returns Reference Number, please 
contact our customer service to obtain this number (see above for contact information). 

  3. Reason for Returning Goods clearly stated on Returns Form.

When returning any goods, please note the following conditions:

  • It may take up to 7 working days for your returned goods to reach us.
  • Returned items will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.
  • Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are 
not damaged in transit. 

  • You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance, as we cannot 
accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


Your refund will be credited back to your payment method, upon receipt of the original item.


Please note that the delivery charge on the original order and the return charge are non-refundable.

Free Delivery on orders £25 and over.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and deliver to you within 48 hours after dispatch, during opening hours, payment verification and stock permitting.

Optima Consumer Health Ltd hold no responsibility for any products that have been lost or stolen after a delivery has been successfully completed.

We deliver to all addresses in the UK, except for The Republic of Ireland.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to addresses overseas.
